Menade 2021 Rueda Verdejo
Bright straw yellow with green reflections. Aromas of white orchard fruit combine with mineral notes and characteristic hints of fennel, bay leaf and wild herbs. Dry and well-balanced on the palate, with good texture and volume, supported by fresh natural acidity. A subtle, typical Verdejo bitterness adds complexity to the long, elegant finish.
Northern Lights Mirtillo Blueberry Wine
Italian for blueberry, this juicy wine will have you exclaiming “brava” to the winemaker. From two varieties of blueberries and aged in Hungarian oak, Mirtillo is an off-dry, medium-bodied wine. Distinct fragrances of the plant itself, with subtle vanilla notes, lead to a vivacious, fruit-forward palate.
Pair with: Vegan Beet Hummus & Crudités, Honey-Balsamic Glazed Roast Duck, or Spinach & Ricotta Cannelloni

Vilacetinho 2016 Vinho Verde Red Escolha
Rustic and deeply coloured, this is a classic northern Portuguese red with a wild, youthful edge. Brambly raspberry, sour cherry and a hint of violet lead into a palate that is fresh yet firmly structured, with notably grippy tannins and a lightly spritzy lift. A raw, thirst-quenching red best served with a slight chill, finishing savoury and mouthwatering.
