Calliope

Pear, honeydew melon, lemon, tangerine, nectarine and rose petals form an aromatic profile. Off-dry and softly acidic, the wine is round and textural, with ripe stone fruit, baking spice, grapefruit and lemon zest on the finish. Pairing suggestions include lime, garlic and chilli-marinated chicken skewers or prosciutto-wrapped cantaloupe. It is a British Columbia white blend.
