Pelle 2018 Salon Rouge Morogues
A refined Loire Pinot Noir grown on Kimmeridgian marl and limestone. Maturation in both wood and tank adds measured texture while preserving the wine’s poised, elegant character. Fine-boned rather than showy, it brings a distinctly Burgundian sensibility to the table and pairs naturally with roast poultry, mushrooms, salmon or simply prepared pork.
Don Quintín Ortega 2022 Rioja Blanco
Bodegas Ortega Ezquerro 2019 Don Quintin Ortega Rioja Tinto
Dark berry fruit and graphite open with a lifted balsamic edge. The palate is rich and concentrated but stays fresh, its supple texture framed by fine, elegant tannins. Serve with roast lamb, duck or mushroom dishes.
Chateau Rousselle 2020 Cotes de Bourg
Blackcurrant and black cherry lead a ripe, creamy profile, with licorice and mint adding lift and savoury detail. Château du Cèdre 2023 Marcel Malbec
Ripe raspberry and plum lead a soft, easygoing expression, with fresh fruit kept lively by a gently rounded structure. Aydie 2016/21 Pacherenc Du Vic Bilh Swee
A silvery yellow, this wine is perfectly brilliant and clear. Exotic fruits and honeyed notes on the nose, a combination of delicacy and strength. The lively attack on the palate is in complete balance with the rich, fat structure. The finish is a caress of citrus fruits and a long vanilla sweetness, typical of grapes dried on the vine. This sweet wine has enormous potential. To be drunk cold at 8° to 10°C and pairs perfectly with foie gras and cheeses.
This product is 500mL.

Long and quietly powerful on the finish, with a faint vanilla note and coastal freshness that underscores its serious, gastronomic style.
Clos Cibonne 2022 Cuvée Tradition Rouge
Dark ruby in colour, with blackberry, blackcurrant and dried herbs supported by peppery spice. The palate is full-bodied and generous, yet mellow tannins keep the texture composed rather than heavy. Clos de la Roilette 2023 Fleurie Cuvée Tardive
Dark cherry and black berry fruit are joined by fresh thyme, woodsmoke, dark earth and a floral note. The palate is full-bodied and focused, with concentrated fruit held by ripe tannins and a clear savoury line. Long and composed through the finish, it has the depth for roast duck, pork or mushroom dishes while retaining the freshness to drink on its own.
Clos de la Roilette 2022 Griffe du Marquis
High-toned perfume opens, with older-barrel élevage adding a restrained savoury frame. Large-scaled and complex, the palate is tightly composed around a fine, impressive structure rather than easy fruit. The finish is persistent and clearly built for patience, with definition that should unfold further in bottle. Give it air, or serve with roast duck, mushroom dishes or charcuterie.
