The vineyards lie in the Bressanone basin at 650 to 750 metres, with permeable moraine deposits of mica schist, paragneiss and quartzite. Three quarters of the must ferment and mature in stainless steel, while one quarter uses 30-hectolitre oak casks. Maturation lasts six months.

Pale straw colour accompanies citrus, peach and honeydew melon. The wine is medium-rich, fruity and direct, with orchard fruit. Tangy acidity appears on the finish. Grapes are harvested by hand; three quarters ferment and mature for six months in stainless steel, with one quarter in large oak casks.

Jasmine, white pepper and lychee are also present.

The blend combines sixty percent Sauvignon Blanc with twenty percent Aligoté and twenty percent Chardonnay. Sauvignon Blanc is divided between direct pressing into amphora and whole-bunch maceration in tank. Aligoté macerates on skins in tank, while Chardonnay is directly pressed and ferments in barrel. The finished wine is lightly filtered and has gentle grip and bitterness. The organically farmed fruit is harvested by hand.
