Delicate peach, pear and a subtle floral lift appear in the aroma. The palate combines ripe stone fruit, pear and grain flavours, with a mouthwatering off-dry finish. Fruit from Wairau Valley vineyards is harvested in the cool early morning, gently pressed and cool-fermented in tank, with a portion fermented in old barrels. The wine contains twelve point five percent alcohol and is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
