Brickers Sun Coaster Cider 500ml
Heritage apples from the original family orchard are joined by fruit donated from across the Sunshine Coast, then partly wild fermented and aged in wine barrels. The result has a distinctly English-inspired, lightly rustic character, with dry orchard fruit, firm tannin and a measured astringent bite. A scrumpy-like edge adds savoury depth without obscuring the apples. Serve lightly chilled with pork pie, mature cheddar, roast pork or mushroom dishes.
Brickers Che Guava Cider 500ml
Tropical pink guava leads a medium-bodied cider brightened by zesty lemongrass and rounded by a touch of rum-soaked oak. The palate is fresh and fruit-forward, with the citrus-herbal lift keeping the guava vivid rather than heavy. A gentle caramel note gathers toward the finish, adding warmth and depth while preserving a refreshing balance. Serve well chilled with jerk chicken, grilled prawns, spicy tacos or coconut-based dishes.
Brickers Mulled Cider 500ml
A gently sweet, spice-led cider infused with cinnamon, star anise, cloves, nutmeg and orange peel. Ripe orchard fruit provides a rounded base while the warming aromatics build through the palate, finishing with a fresh citrus lift rather than excessive sweetness. It can be served chilled, or warmed slowly for a more enveloping expression. Pair with roast pork, baked ham, mature cheddar or apple crumble.
Brickers Kir Royal Blackcurrant Cider 4-Pack
A cider interpretation of the classic Kir Royal, made with blackcurrant juice for vivid dark-fruit flavour and a gently tangy lift. Keeving arrests fermentation early, preserving a measure of the apples’ natural sweetness and giving the palate a soft, rounded shape. At 3.8% alcohol, it is light and approachable, with berry richness balanced by fresh orchard character. Serve chilled with brunch, soft cheese, roast duck or berry-led desserts.
The Bricker Cider Company West Coast Scotch
Fresh-pressed British Columbia apples are fermented dry, then aged for twelve months in Ardbeg Scotch whisky barrels. The extended maturation gives the orchard fruit a distinctly smoky, spirit-seasoned frame, with dry apple character carrying through the finish. This is a bold, contemplative cider rather than a simple refresher. Serve lightly chilled with smoked cheese, roast pork or charcuterie.
