Ripe orchard fruit provides a rounded base while the warming aromatics build through the palate, finishing with a fresh citrus lift rather than excessive sweetness. It can be served chilled, or warmed slowly for a more enveloping expression. Pair with roast pork, baked ham, mature cheddar or apple crumble.
