Keeving arrests fermentation early, preserving a measure of the apples’ natural sweetness and giving the palate a soft, rounded shape. At 3.8% alcohol, it is light and approachable, with berry richness balanced by fresh orchard character. Serve chilled with brunch, soft cheese, roast duck or berry-led desserts.
