Blueberry leads a firm, classically styled profile, with a refined edge emerging once the wine has had time to breathe. The palate is dry and distinctly tannic, showing more restraint than richness. Decant briefly to let the structure settle, then serve with braised beef, lamb, mushroom ragu or aged hard cheese, where its grip will feel most at home.

Toasted hazelnut and vanilla rise from a deep amber spirit, joined by caramel, dried rose and warm spice. The palate is full-bodied and silky, carrying pronounced nutty richness through gentle wood and a rounded, warming texture. Four years in small casks give the flavours depth and polish. The finish is persistent and elegant, leaving hazelnut, vanilla, spice and integrated oak.
