Toffee and dark chocolate soften the edges without obscuring the whisky’s coastal character. The finish is measured and persistent, carrying cocoa, oak and a gentle saline lift.

Sweet grain and malt lead with ripe pear, mild vanilla and a quiet floral lift. The palate develops cinnamon, clove and citrus bitterness, warmed by spice but softened by caramel and toasted grain. A faint coastal note brings freshness to the richer malt character. The finish is lingering and clean, leaving toasted bread, roasted malt, pear skin and a final trace of sea air.

Floral aromas from khorasan and spelt lead into a concentrated core of warm spice, honey and baked apple. Emmer brings depth and structure, while molasses and caramel add measured richness. The finish is smooth and persistent, carrying spice, orchard fruit and gentle sweetness in a composed, quietly complex line.

On the nose, TRUST Single Cask – Burgundy presents a white chocolate and marzipan character married with robust barley notes. The mid-palate is rich, full and intense with cocoa, caramel and underlying fruit. At 42% alc./vol. the finish has a powerful concentration that is silky smooth and lingers on and on.
