The finish is long and bright, carrying juniper, lemon, orange and a gentle trace of sea brine.
The Liberty Distillery Endeavour Pink Gin
Delicate rose and raspberry lead the aroma, followed by juniper, coriander and citrus peel. Star anise brings another botanical layer, while rosehip keeps the floral and citrus profile closely joined. The palate is forthright, with juniper and citrus carrying through the middle. The finish is smooth and lingering, leaving rose, raspberry, flowers, citrus and a measured trace of anise.

Endeavour Origins features a blend of 25 BC botanicals which are slowly infused during distillation in our single copper pot still.
On the nose, Endeavour Origins presents multiple layers of aromas. A compelling gin it is distinctive with bright forest notes underpinned with 25 wild botanicals on a solid BC juniper base.
On the palate, juniper is first detected followed by a delicate interplay of spice and aromatic botanicals providing intrigue and complexity. It finishes with a hint of mint leading to a smooth, seamless and lingering finish. 45% alc./vol.

Odd Society's iconic Wallflower Gin is infused with British Columbia-grown salal berries to create a West Coast take on the classic British liqueur, sloe gin. Towards the end of every summer, berries are handpicked along coastal B.C., and then steeped in our Wallflower Gin. This year, over 90 per cent of the berries came from remote Haida Gwaii, imparting the 2019 release with wild characteristics that reflect its origin.

The finish is clean and aromatic, leaving rye spice, evergreen freshness, rose and citrus with steady persistence.

Alchemy leads to a seamless, smooth, and lingering finish. Extremely supple and easy to drink on its own; when blended it creates an intriguing cocktail that will delight.
