Almond and walnut bring a savoury, nutty layer, while barley grain keeps the middle grounded and full. The texture is generous without feeling heavy. Vanilla and honey emerge on the smooth, persistent finish, leaving soft wood spice and mellow warmth.

TRUST Whiskey begins with 100% organic hull-less unmalted barley grown in Armstrong, British Columbia. It is triple-distilled in hand-made CARL single copper pot still. For 3 years, it has been quietly maturing in once-used 220-litre Bourbon barrels to slowly gain character, complexity and colour.

About The Liberty Distillery
Located on Granville Island at the heart of Vancouver, The Liberty Distillery pays homage to old traditions, by fermenting and distilling onsite following exact recipes. They perfect each batch by meticulously controlling every step from the fermentation of our selected organic grains to the triple distillation process in their handmade copper stills.
The Liberty Distillery only uses 100% organic BC grain in all of their spirits.
