Description
TRUST Whiskey begins with 100% organic hull-less unmalted barley grown in Armstrong, British Columbia. It is triple-distilled in hand-made CARL single copper pot still. For just shy of four years, it has been quietly resting in mature 220-litre Portuguese Port barrels to slowly gain character, complexity and colour.

They perfect each batch by meticulously controlling every step from the fermentation of our selected organic grains to the triple distillation process in their handmade copper stills.
The Liberty Distillery only uses 100% organic BC grain in all of their spirits.
