Fraser Valley Cider Company opened in Langley in 2016, founded by cider maker Rachel Bolongaro as the Fraser Valley’s first cidery. An orchard planted in 2014 began with about 1,800 heritage apple trees representing twenty-five English and French varieties. The business changed hands in 2023 and continues as a farm-based, small-batch cidery in the Campbell Valley countryside.

Traditional heritage cider apples give this English-style cider a firm tannic frame and plenty of apple-skin character. Full-bodied and lightly sparkling, it balances orchard fruit with a dry, earthy edge rather than overt sweetness. Serve cool with aged cheddar, roast pork or a savoury picnic spread.
