Villa Sandi Il Fresco Prosecco 375 mL
Pale straw colour and fine, persistent bubbles accompany apple, pear, melon, citrus and floral notes. The palate is dry, fresh and light, with eleven percent alcohol. Glera provides the varietal base, and a secondary fermentation takes place in pressurised tanks. Serve between six and eight degrees Celsius as an aperitif or alongside seafood and other delicate dishes.

Pale straw colour accompanies creamy, persistent foam, wisteria, acacia, ripe wild apple, pear and a citrus edge. Made entirely from Glera, this Extra Dry Prosecco is lively and refreshing, balancing savoury and sweet notes. Mediterranean spice and lemon appear in the finish. The wine contains 10.5 percent alcohol and is suitable for vegan and vegetarian diets.
Caviro Tavernello Prosecco Extra Dry
Made from Glera grown in Veneto and Friuli, this sparkling wine carries the Prosecco DOC designation and an Extra Dry style. It has a bright straw-yellow colour, with delicate orange, lemon and savoury notes and a fresh, smooth finish. Fermentation takes place in tanks, including a thirty-day second fermentation, and the wine carries 11 percent alcohol with sixteen grams per litre of residual sugar.
Riondo Prosecco DOC Extra Dry
Golden Delicious apple, pear and acacia blossom accompany a fresh, fruity palate and light, velvety body. Persistent bubbles balance acidity, softness and structure. Made entirely from Glera, the wine undergoes cold maceration and fermentation at controlled temperature. A second fermentation takes place for one month in pressurized stainless-steel tanks, followed by one month of bottle ageing. Alcohol is eleven percent.
Le Rughe Prosecco DOC Brut NV
Citrus, acacia, pear and apple appear with white fruit and roasted pear. The palate is fresh, crisp, velvety and savoury, with soft bubbles and fine, persistent effervescence. Glera is gently pressed, statically settled and fermented at controlled temperature. Secondary fermentation and ageing take place in steel autoclaves for at least ninety days by the Charmat-Martinotti method.
Bellenda Fratelli Cosmo Prosecco DOC Extra Dry
Golden Delicious apple, peach and wisteria accompany a luminous appearance, fine bubbles and a soft mousse. The palate is smooth, fruit-forward and structured, with refreshing crispness. Glera comes from south-southwest-facing vineyards at 120 to 240 metres in the hills of Treviso. Grapes are harvested by hand. Fermentation takes place at eighteen to twenty degrees Celsius, and Italian-method refermentation lasts about two months in steel pressure tanks.
Emotivo 2019 Prosecco Rosé DOC
The wine is brightly sparkling and pale pink. Peach, green apple and lemon shape a delicate, complex bouquet, while rose, raspberry and cherry add further fruit and floral detail. Glera and Pinot Noir form the blend. Lively effervescence accompanies the fruit. The wine contains ten-and-a-half percent alcohol and is suitable for vegetarian and vegan diets.
Ruffino Prosecco Extra Dry 375 mL

Vigorous bubbles and bright acidity give the palate an energetic first impression, followed by a gentle touch of sweetness through the centre. The fruit remains crisp and clearly defined, with green apple and pear carrying the wine forward. It finishes refreshing and balanced, leaving melon, orchard fruit and a softly rounded extra-dry close.
La Jara Organic Prosecco Extra Dry
