The palate is rounded yet structured, carrying fine froth, fresh acidity and a clean, persistent finish. Made from Lambrusco Grasparossa grown at the Cialdini estate near Castelvetro, it suits pasta with meat sauce, charcuterie, fresh cheeses, pizza and other traditional dishes from Emilia.
