Epicuro 2023 Nero d’Avola Sicilia DOC

Garnet colour accompanies cherry and spice. The palate is full, soft and warm. Nero d’Avola accounts for eighty percent of the blend, joined by twenty percent Syrah. Fermentation takes place under controlled temperatures, followed by gentle pressing and maturation in stainless steel. Produced in Sicily, the dry red carries 12.5 percent alcohol and the Sicilia DOC designation.
