The palate is juicy and medium-bodied, with fresh acidity and fine tannins carrying the dark fruit into a smooth, spice-led finish. It pairs naturally with grilled lamb, sausages, lentils or dishes seasoned with black pepper and rosemary.

Since 1960, Cave Saint Desirat has been operating on the terraced vineyards bordering the right bank of the River Rhone, part of the Saint-Joseph AOP.
