Liquid cherry, raspberry and red plum open with light spice, herbs and a subtle woodland note. Dry and medium-bodied, the palate turns savoury and mouth-watering, bringing baked cherry, plum, cracked pepper and fine herbs into focus. Bright acidity and a mineral finish give the wine length and energy. Serve slightly chilled with mushroom risotto, roast duck, quail or charcuterie.

About Lunessence
Lunessence Winery & Vineyard launched in Summerland in 2014. Its estate has been farmed organically since the beginning and received organic certification in 2020. Natural wetlands remain part of the property alongside the vineyard. The tasting room and patio overlook the estate vines and lake.
