A vibrant Okanagan Gamay with crunchy red fruit and an aromatic cupboard of peppery spice. Wild carbonic fermentation brings lift and immediacy, while a short stay in neutral French oak keeps the palate fresh, supple and unforced. Juicy waves of fruit carry through a lively finish. Serve slightly chilled with charcuterie, roast chicken, grilled salmon or herb-led vegetable dishes.

About Apara
Apāra began with two friends, Nav and Andreas, who met while working at a West Kelowna winery and decided in 2019 to build one of their own. They bought land in 2021 and, with help from friends, planted more than 5,700 vines the following year while purchasing fruit from family and friends for their first wines.
Apāra is BIPOC- and LGBTQIA2S+-owned. The wines are made at Rigour & Whimsy in Okanagan Falls, across the road from Apāra's developing home vineyard.
