Cassis and black plum lead, with forest floor, pepper and baking spice adding a darker savoury edge. The palate is light-bodied yet concentrated, balancing juicy acidity with soft, suede-like tannins and fresh dark fruit. Gently spiced through the finish, it works well with roast chicken, pork tenderloin, grilled mushrooms or lentil dishes.
