The palate is medium-bodied and composed, with fresh, vibrant acidity carrying the fruit while soft, elegant tannins give it shape. A light herbaceous note and white pepper add savoury detail. Serve with roast pork, lamb, grilled sausages, mushrooms or tomato-braised dishes.
