Made entirely from Listán Negro, the wine comes from vines between one hundred and two hundred years old. Part of the wine matures for twelve months in five-hundred-litre oak barrels.

The palate has fresh citrus, herbs, vibrant acidity, concentration, medium weight and length.

Ageing continues on the lees in concrete and in 288- and 600-litre vessels, followed by bottling without filtration and with only a minimal dose of sulphur dioxide. The profile is salty, smoky, floral and nutty.
