About Borja Pérez Viticultor
Borja Pérez is an agricultural engineer from a Tenerife winegrowing family. He launched his personal project in 2011 in the north of the island, working within the Ycoden-Daute-Isora appellation. Volcanic soils, Atlantic influence and sharply varied elevations shape its vineyard sites.
He works with native grapes including Listán Blanco, Listán Negro, Baboso Negro and Vijariego Negro. Farming and cellar work favour minimal intervention, with attention to the differences between parcels.
