Old-vine Listán Blanco from high Tenerife slopes receives partial skin contact before fermentation and élevage in concrete and seasoned barrique. A flor-influenced portion adds savoury depth without obscuring the fresh fruit. The dry, layered palate finishes with salt, gentle spice and a stony lift that suits grilled fish, shellfish and roast vegetables.

Listán Blanco, also known as Palomino, comes from ungrafted vines on Tenerife's volcanic slopes, 500 to 900 metres above sea level. Grapes are harvested by hand and fermented with indigenous yeast in stainless steel. Lemon, green apple, kiwi and grapefruit appear with fennel, salt and stone. The palate has fresh citrus, herbs, vibrant acidity, concentration, medium weight and length.

Albillo Criollo, Forastera, Gual, Listán Blanco, Malvasía and Marmajuelo come from old parcels on Tenerife near the coast. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel with natural yeasts and partial skin contact. Ageing continues on the lees in concrete and in 288- and 600-litre vessels, followed by bottling without filtration and with only a minimal dose of sulphur dioxide. The profile is salty, smoky, floral and nutty.
