Blackberry, damson plum and black cherry lead, accented by violet, cinnamon, nutmeg and dark licorice. The palate is dense and powerful, with firm, fine-grained tannins wrapped around concentrated fruit. Rusty mineral, graphite, smoky notes and bitter citrus bring lift and definition. The finish is thick yet polished, holding its structure through lingering spice, dark fruit and a savoury mineral edge.

Floral perfume and ripe plum open with cherry, strawberry and darker fruit, followed by smoke, ash, crushed mineral, tobacco and tar. The palate is full and concentrated, yet fresh and agile, with bright acidity sharpening the dense fruit. Firm, finely structured tannins provide a serious frame. The finish is long and energetic, balancing creamy texture, mineral detail, dark fruit and measured spice.

Structured and aromatic, with cherry and strawberry framed by violet, tobacco, white pepper, wild mint and licorice. The full-bodied palate combines concentrated red fruit with bracing acidity, mineral tension and dense yet polished tannins. A lingering blood-orange note brings energy to the finish. Decant before serving with braised beef, porcini or aged hard cheese.
