Smoky fruit, lemon and lime open the nose, chased by menthol, tarry rope and a cool breath of sea spray. The palate is powerful but finely balanced, with crackling peat, brine, buttermilk and ripe banana bringing both savoury depth and unexpected sweetness. Dense smoke remains central without obscuring the fruit or mineral detail. The finish is long and oily, carrying dry espresso, chewy peat, sea salt and lingering citrus. Serve neat or add water gradually.
