The palate is broad and smooth, bringing marzipan, sultanas and dark molasses together with ripe fruit and honey. A marriage of bourbon-matured whisky and spirit from Caribbean rum barrels gives the profile both structure and generous sweetness. The finish is long and silky, carrying dried fruit, oak tannin and lingering rum richness. Serve neat or add a few drops of water.
