Lime, green apple, floral notes, candied citrus, pear and subtle wet-stone minerality define the profile. The palate is light, with bright citrus, peachy apple and fresh saline character. The finish is vibrant and mouth-watering. Fruit came from the St. Urban and Bo-Teek vineyards in Niagara, with documented residual sugar of 7.53 grams per litre and total acidity of 9.6.
