Sweet honey and tropical fruit lead the nose, followed by cinnamon, rich toffee and delicate campfire smoke. The palate is rounded and expressive, with toffee apple, vanilla and warming spice set against a measured smoky backdrop. A sherry-cask finish gives the fruit and caramel notes extra depth while keeping the peat controlled. The finish is mellow and savoury, carrying ash, light salinity, ginger and soft smoke. Serve neat or add a small amount of water.

About Knockdhu Distillery
Knockdhu Distillery opened in 1894 near the Highland village of Knock and makes anCnoc single malt. The distillery took its name from the Black Hill, while anCnoc means “the hill.” Traditional equipment remains central to the process, including copper pot stills, wooden washbacks and dunnage warehouses. The anCnoc range can move from bright to smoky without losing its fruit-led character.
