The palate is smooth yet characterful, bringing orchard fruit together with marzipan, vanilla and measured spice. A subtle herbal edge gives the whisky a distinctly Nordic profile without making it austere. The finish is balanced and gently warming, with citrus peel, honeyed oak and lingering spice. Serve neat, or add a small amount of water to reveal more fruit.
