Soft vanilla opens the nose with strawberry, banana, lime zest and a light malty sweetness. The palate begins with pepper, ginger and a flash of chilli before settling into ripe apple, pear and banana. Initial maturation in larger bourbon barrels followed by finishing in small bourbon casks concentrates the fruit and spice while keeping the whisky fresh. The finish is warm and medium-long, with roasted nuts, gentle perfume and lingering oak. Serve neat, adding a small amount of water if desired.

Pear, green apple and citrus open a bright, clean nose, with honey, oak and a light floral note following. The palate is smooth yet characterful, bringing orchard fruit together with marzipan, vanilla and measured spice. A subtle herbal edge gives the whisky a distinctly Nordic profile without making it austere. The finish is balanced and gently warming, with citrus peel, honeyed oak and lingering spice. Serve neat, or add a small amount of water to reveal more fruit.
