Light ruby colour accompanies currant, raspberry, cherry, violet, rose, asphalt, leather, mushroom and saffron. Long tannins, good concentration, freshness and a long finish are also present. Nebbiolo is harvested by hand and fermented with native yeast in steel for fourteen days. Ageing continues for twenty-one months in Slavonian oak as part of the wine’s production.
