Made entirely from Chardonnay, this white Burgundy has good body with apple and buttery notes. The domaine was established more than four decades ago and now farms nearly thirteen hectares across seven communes. Manual harvesting includes sorting in the vineyard and again before the cellar. Apple and butter accompany the wine’s body, while double sorting is part of the estate’s harvest work.
