Château Doyac 2021 Le Pélican Haut-Médoc
French Red
Cassis and blackberry open a supple, accessible red, followed by gentle sweet spice. Made entirely from Merlot, the palate is juicy and smooth, with silky tannins giving shape without heaviness. Dark fruit remains clear through the middle, while the spice returns on the close. The result is polished and open-knit, with enough structure to keep the ripe fruit composed.
Château Doyac 2021 Haut-Médoc Cru Bourgeois
French Red
Blackberry and fresh raspberry lead a rich but balanced red, with redcurrant, flowers and fine pepper adding lift. Merlot forms the core, supported by Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. The palate combines ripe fruit with clear acidity and firm structure, while the tannins stay composed. Fresh berries and pepper remain present through the finish, keeping the generous fruit lively.
Château de Pez 2014 Saint-Estèphe
French Red
Red and black fruit open with spice, cedar and a cool graphite note. The palate is medium-full and structured, carrying blackcurrant, plum and ripe strawberry through fine, present tannins. Toasted oak and black pepper add depth, while earthy herbs and tobacco emerge with air. The finish is long and savoury, leaving cassis, pencil lead, leather and a balanced mineral grip.
Château Sénilhac 2019 Haut-Médoc
French Red
Ripe blackcurrant, red cherry and plum lead, with cedar, graphite and oak-spice detail. The palate is medium- to full-bodied, combining generous dark fruit with cocoa and tobacco. Tannins provide a firm core while remaining relatively refined, and the balance stays classically Left Bank. Spice, oak and blackberry carry the finish, making this a structured Haut-Médoc with enough fruit to remain approachable.
Château Tour Pibran 2022 Pauillac
French Red
Plum and sweet berry aromas lead, joined by loamy earth and a clear note of licorice. The palate is medium to full-bodied, ample and velvety, with polished tannins supporting a succulent core of fruit. Sweet berry and plum stay at the centre, while soil and licorice provide contrast. The final impression is generous and fruit-led, with the earthy notes remaining clearly defined.
