Billaud-Simon 2020/21 Tete D’Or

The palate is concentrated yet precise, with driving acidity and a creamy, chalk-etched texture that balances its richer core of citrus and orchard fruit. Long and linear on the finish, delivering persistent saline minerality and smoky stone depth that reflect both the intensity and finesse of top-tier Billaud-Simon fruit selection.
