Red

Fuzzy cherry candy, bramble, blackberry and flowers rise from a light, bright red with lively acidity. Rehydrated pomace from Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Zweigelt is macerated, blended with fermenting juice, then aged before a honey-driven secondary fermentation. The result is gently rustic, refreshing and just over seven percent alcohol. Serve chilled with charcuterie, picnic food, grilled vegetables or roast chicken.
