Springfield Thunderchild Merlot Cabernet 2021

$36.99

34% Cabernet Franc | 33% Cabernet Sauvignon | 33% Merlot

This classical blend was created by using the ancient technique of fermenting uncrushed berries with native yeast from the grapes. After aging for one year in French barrels, it was bottled without fining or filtration. A further 12 months of bottle aging took place prior to release.

100% of the profits from this wine are donated to the Die Herberg charity which provides aid to children from broken homes.

Chateau Du Champ Moulin Du Bordeaux Superieur 2019

A seductive ruby red, the nose offers enticing fruit-filled aromas. Radiant yet robust, it features well-balanced tannins and acidity. Wonderfully full, elegant, and distinguished. It is a versatile red that pairs well with turkey, meats and lighter fare.

Le Grand Verdus Nature Essentiel 2018

$42.99

A delicious Natural bordeaux dominated by intensity and freshness. Lovely garnet color with seductive red and blackberry aroma. The supple and round tannins coat the fruity and smooth notes on the palate.

Domaine Grosbois Clos du Noyer Chinon 2020

An intriguing nose – reminiscent of wild herbs and wormwood alongside its succulent red fruit flavors and light floral note. As always at Grosbois, the tannins are well handled – coating the palate with a chocolate powder-like texture. Incredibly satisfying.

Marquis D’alesme Margaux 2018

$154.99

55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot, and 5% each of Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot aging in 65% new oak

96 Points, Robert Parker: Deep purple-black in color, it leaps from the glass with bold, expressive black cherries, warm plums, crème de cassis and red roses scents with touches of baking spices, potpourri and fragrant earth. Full-bodied, rich and opulent, it completely fills the palate with hedonic black fruit preserves and spices, framed by firm, velvety tannins and finishing with fantastic length.

95 Points, Wine Spectator: Gorgeous mouthfeel right from the first sip, with a velvety, fine-grained texture that lets the range of dark plum, black currant and blackberry fruit flavors splay out without losing focus, while mouthwatering black tea, alder and mineral notes wait gracefully in reserve, showing just a hint, for now, of what they can do on the finish.
