The Ravaioli family established Poderi dal Nespoli in Romagna in 1929, beginning a history spanning four generations of winemakers. The winery lies in the Bidente Valley, between the Apennines at the Tuscan border and the Romagna Riviera. Its range includes local Sangiovese and Trebbiano alongside Merlot and Chardonnay. Steel tanks and oak are used selectively, with maturation suited to each wine.

Cherry and violet lead into light herbal and chocolate notes. Partial barrel maturation lends a smooth, rounded texture without obscuring the fruit. Dry, harmonious and medium-bodied, the palate is supported by gentle tannins and a balanced finish. Serve at a cool room temperature with pasta, braised pork, pizza or spinach cannelloni.

Fresh flowers and tropical fruit lead, with citrus and a light orchard-fruit note adding lift. The palate is clean and easy-drinking, balancing a gently rounded texture with bright acidity and a dry, refreshing finish. Versatile at the table, it suits shellfish, fried or grilled fish, roast chicken, vegetable soups or mildly spiced dishes.
