Mendall 2024 Capa Blanca Skin-Contact White
Spanish White
White Grenache makes up sixty percent of the blend, with twenty-five percent Macabeo and fifteen percent Moscatell. This is a skin-contact white from a producer based in Pinell del Brai, Terra Alta. The vineyard work follows biodynamic principles, fermentation is spontaneous and no sulphur dioxide is added. Each vintage is handled individually, with the wines intended to reflect the grower, grape and place.
Le Coste 2024 Litrozzo Rosato 1 L
Italian Rosé
Deep rosé colour accompanies citrus and floral aromas. The palate is fresh, while the finish is persistent and fragrant with the aromatic character of Aleatico. The blend is ninety percent Aleatico and ten percent Merlot. Vines average thirty years on loose volcanic soil at three hundred metres. After a short maceration in the press, direct-pressed juice ferments in stainless steel. The wine matures five months in tank and seven months in bottle.
Olivier Rivière 2024 Plaisir Simple Côtes de Bourg
French Red
Cherry, cassis and ripe red fruit accompany a supple, velvety texture, fine tannins, freshness and a lightly mineral finish. The blend combines Merlot and Malbec. Grapes are harvested by hand and sorted twice. Parcel selections undergo maceration and fermentation in neutral tanks, followed by ageing in vessels chosen for the conditions and yield of the harvest. Alcohol is twelve percent.
Tenute Vignola 2024 S’Inventu Cannonau di Sardegna DOC
Italian Red
Deep ruby colour with garnet shades accompanies red-fruit, balsamic and Mediterranean-scrub notes. The palate is fruity, decisive and persistent, with round, smooth tannins. Cannonau is harvested by hand in crates, then crushed and destemmed. A forty-eight-hour cold pre-fermentation maceration precedes fermentation lasting approximately ten to twelve days. The grapes come from Sardinia’s Gallura area. Alcohol is thirteen and a half percent.
La Soeur Cadette 2024 Juliénas
French Red
Perfumed plum, juicy raspberry, cassis, red fruit and spice accompany mineral texture and fine tannins. Gamay comes from two sites with blue granite and sandy soils, where the vines average around eighty years. Whole clusters ferment in concrete before eight to ten months in older barrels. Native yeast is used. A scrubby herbal note appears on the finish, and alcohol is twelve and a half percent.
Craven Wines 2024 The Firs Syrah Stellenbosch
South African Red
Violets, blackberry, leafy notes and pepper accompany a sappy palate with concentrated fruit, bright acidity and firm tannins. Syrah from a Devon Valley vineyard planted in the year two thousand grows in deep, clay-rich red soils. Whole bunches are lightly foot-stomped, with gentle pumpovers once or twice daily. After pressing, the wine matures for ten months in concrete. Alcohol is thirteen point zero three percent.
Henschke 2024 Peggy’s Hill Riesling
Australian White
Pale straw colour with lime-green reflections accompanies white florals, almond blossom, lime and white peach. The palate is rich and concentrated, with ripe citrus, bright acidity, mineral texture and length. Riesling from Eden Valley growers is hand-picked, partly crushed and chilled, gently pressed, cool-fermented and kept on lees. Some vines are up to fifty years old, and alcohol is eleven and a half percent.
Mendall Alícia Serres 2024 Santa Helena
Spanish Red
This red combines eighty percent Carignan with twenty percent Grenache Blanc from young vines in Vilalba dels Arcs, Terra Alta. The vines are farmed biodynamically on calcareous clay soils, and the grapes are harvested by hand. Maceration and spontaneous co-fermentation take place in amphora. The wine also ages in amphora before pressing and is bottled unfined, unfiltered and without added sulfur dioxide. Alcohol is fourteen percent.
Domaine Bailly-Reverdy 2024 La Mercy-Dieu Sancerre Blanc
French White
The profile includes pale yellow colour, green highlights, citrus, white flowers and a mineral touch. The palate is fresh, structured and rounded, with lively acidity and a long finish. Sauvignon Blanc comes from caillottes, flint and clay-limestone parcels. Hand-picked fruit is gently pressed, cold-settled for twelve to twenty-four hours, fermented naturally in temperature-controlled vats and aged for several months on fine lees.

Spanish White
Merseguera and Moscatel de Alejandría make up the blend in proportions of ninety and ten percent. The dry-farmed bush vines at Canyada are more than fifty years old and grow at 540 metres in sandy, calcareous soils. Fermentation takes place with native yeasts in stainless steel, followed by three months of contact with skins and stems. Sulphur is added only at bottling.
La Sœur Cadette 2024 Bourgogne Rouge
French Red
Red fruit, dried flowers, rosewood and spice appear in a medium-bodied, dry profile with present acidity and a delicate mouthfeel. Pinot Noir comes equally from the northern Mâconnais and Volnay. The fruit is farmed organically and vinified with minimal intervention and very little sulphur. The palate begins easily and finishes with pleasant bitterness. The wine contains twelve point three percent alcohol.
Mendall 2024 La Torre Grenache
Spanish Red
This red release is made from Grenache and comes from Terra Alta in Catalonia. The vines are farmed following biodynamic principles, and no sulphur dioxide is added. The wine is made in a small town-centre cellar, where limited space means that most releases are bottled young. Each vintage is treated individually as an expression of grape and place.
Averill Creek 2024 Okeanós Pinot Noir & Gewürztraminer Co-Ferment
Canadian Rosé
White flowers, Nashi pear and apple skin meet delicate salinity, fresh acidity and a rich, creamy texture. Whole-bunch Pinot Noir and Gewürztraminer are soaked in Salish Sea water, then drained, pressed and wild-fermented in older French oak. Nothing is added or removed. The fruit comes from Cowichan Valley on Vancouver Island, and the finished wine contains twelve percent alcohol.
Innocenti 2024 Rosso di Montalcino DOC
Italian Red
Red fruit, cherry, spice and a light balsamic note form the profile. The palate is fresh, with integrated tannins and persistence. Made entirely from Sangiovese, the wine carries the Rosso di Montalcino DOC designation. The estate grows eight hectares of vines on hills at about 350 metres and cultivates them with attention to the surrounding ecosystem.
Gál Tibor 2024 Egri Kadarka
Hungarian Red
Redcurrant, raspberry, cherry and strawberry form the fruit profile. Fresh acidity and light tannins accompany a dry red style. Kadarka comes from the Síkhegy and Pajados vineyards in Eger, where volcanic rhyolite-tuff soil is present. The grapes were harvested by hand, macerated for fifteen days in temperature-controlled stainless steel and fermented spontaneously. The wine spends six months in stainless steel and is bottled unfined and unfiltered.
Sant’Or 2024 Santameriana Achaia White Wine
Greek White
The colour is bright white-yellow. Citrus-peel aromas and mineral notes are present. The palate has refreshing acidity and a robust aftertaste. Santameriana comes from a rain-fed vineyard in Santomeri, Achaia, planted on clay-loam soil with schistose rock. Free-run must is used. Fermentation is wild, malolactic fermentation occurs spontaneously, and the wine is bottled without filtration.

Austrian Red
Blackberry, cherry and plum preserves accompany violet, lavender, dark chocolate, sweet pepper and roasted almond. The texture is velvety and delicate within a concentrated profile. Red cherry, raspberry, mineral and light loamy-earth notes are also present. This medium-bodied Burgenland red has integrated tannins and a juicy finish, with alcohol at thirteen and a half percent.
Arianna Occhipinti 2024 SP68 Rosso
Italian Red
Red cherry, pomegranate, raspberry leaf and warm Mediterranean herbs accompany a vibrant, silky profile with fine tannins, savoury mineral tension and a long, refreshing finish. Frappato accounts for seventy percent of the blend, with Nero d'Avola at thirty percent. Native-yeast co-fermentation takes place in concrete with fifteen days on skins; maturation continues for seven months in concrete and one month in bottle.
Domaine Juliette Avril 2024 Châteauneuf-du-Pape
French Red
Black raspberry, cassis, violet and blood-orange notes are present in a perfumed, lifted profile. The palate is medium-bodied, with ripe fruit and integrated tannins. The blend is 65 percent Grenache, 25 percent Syrah and 10 percent Mourvèdre. Maturation lasts six months, with 20 percent in foudre and the balance in concrete. Production is approximately 3,300 cases.

French Red
Gamay grows on Brouilly's blue-stone diorite soils. The grapes are harvested by hand. Vinification includes full whole-bunch carbonic maceration with indigenous yeasts and barrel ageing. Deep cherry colour and garnet reflections accompany peony, Burlat cherry, black fruit and toast. The profile is structured and deep, and the wine contains thirteen and a half percent alcohol.
Nicolas Joly 2024 Clos de la Bergerie Savennières Roche-aux-Moines
French White
Tonic character, fine bitter notes, vibrant texture, ripe-fruit flavours and freshness are present in this Chenin. The seven-hectare parcel has moderately sloped, east-facing ground and schist soils, with vines around thirty years old. Biodynamically grown fruit is vinified without chaptalisation, temperature control or a second yeast addition. Ageing takes place in seasoned oak, with one or two rackings and batonnage, and the wine is unfiltered.
Poderi Colla 2024 Pian Balbo Dolcetto d’Alba
Italian Red
Purple-red colour has violet edges, with cherry, plum, almond and spice. Ripe fruit, fine tannins and vinosity shape the palate. Dolcetto comes from a hilltop vineyard with established plantings. After manual harvest, the grapes are destemmed and crushed. Skin maceration lasts five to seven days, followed by full malolactic fermentation and maturation in stainless steel before bottling.
Domaine Naudin-Ferrand 2024 Gamay de Bully
French Red
Fresh red fruit and wild pepper accompany pleasant acidity, softened tannins and a light alcoholic profile. The grapes are harvested by hand into small cases, refrigerated, carefully sorted and placed whole into concrete. Fermentation proceeds without added sulphites and with minimal extraction. Early pressing precedes full malolactic fermentation on the lees, followed by early bottling.

French Rosé
Very pale pink colour shows grey and white highlights. Red-fruit aromas accompany a slight spritz, freshness and fruit. The finish is elegant, fresh and mineral. Grenache Gris and Grenache Noir form the blend. The vineyards lie mainly around Tautavel in Roussillon. The wine rests on fine lees for several weeks before bottling. Low rainfall and abundant sunshine characterize the vineyard climate.
Meerlust 2024 Chardonnay
South African White
Bright pale yellow colour has a green hue. Pear, lemon zest, yellow apple and toasted almond appear in the delicate aroma. The palate is structured and linear, with focused stone fruit, balanced acidity, citrus and minerality. Fruit comes from weathered granite and rocky greywacke with shale. Fermentation uses selected yeast or proceeds spontaneously in barrels and concrete, followed by maturation and light fining.
Emilio Vada 2024 Cua Rusa Langhe Nebbiolo
Italian Red
Live ruby colour has light violet reflections, with raspberry, rose and violet. The palate is full, harmonious and slightly dry, with a lingering aftertaste. Nebbiolo grows in calcareous, clay-rich soil. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel with daily pumpovers. Malolactic fermentation follows, and the wine remains in stainless steel before bottling in April or May.
Ghost Rock 2024 Sauvignon Blanc
Australian White
Florals and tropical fruit accompany white peach, honeydew melon, passionfruit, slate and fresh-cut grass. The Sauvignon Blanc has lively acidity, chalky texture and a long, fresh finish. Eighty-five percent ferments in stainless steel with selected yeast, while fifteen percent ferments naturally in new French oak. Both portions receive lees stirring and extended time on lees. Alcohol is 13 percent.
Tenuta Mazzolino 2024 Terrazze Pinot Nero
Italian Red
This Pinot Nero comes from Lombardy. The estate calls it its village expression and describes it as the whole hill in one bottle. The wine matures for six months in stainless steel and carries 13 percent alcohol. It is produced in Italy under the Pinot Nero dell'Oltrepò Pavese DOC. The winery is located in Corvino San Quirico.
Crystallum 2024 The Agnes Chardonnay
South African White
Sliced bread, apple, nutmeg and lemon rind appear with wet-stone and seashell notes. The Chardonnay is creamy, fresh, medium-to-full-bodied and textural, with a salty finish. Spearmint and green apple are joined by butterscotch, golden apple, yellow pear and floral detail. The layered profile has a steely edge. Fruit comes from multiple vineyard sites in the Western Cape.
Pascal Jolivet 2024 Sancerre Blanc
French White
White fruit, orchard flowers and subtle smoke accompany a dry, mineral Sauvignon Blanc with elegance, perfume and depth. Fruit comes from chalky caillottes, clay-limestone terres blanches and silex soils in Sancerre. Musts are cold settled without enzymes. Each soil type ferments separately with natural yeast in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats before blending, slight filtration and seven months of ageing. The finished wine carries 12.5 percent alcohol.
