Smoked meat, thyme and gentle minerality appear in the persistent finish. Fermentation lasts about nine days in stainless steel, followed by six months in steel to preserve freshness.

Clear yellow colour accompanies lemon and other citrus aromas. Lively acidity defines this dry white, made from Roditis and Savatiano under the Peloponnese PGI. Alcohol is 11.5 percent, and the suggested serving temperature is 8 to 10 degrees Celsius. Fish starters and light pasta dishes are recommended pairings. The family winery is based in Ancient Kleones near Nemea.

The fruit comes from calcareous-clay soils in Monferrato and is harvested from late September into early October. Fermentation takes place in concrete before stabilization in stainless steel. This dry red is made entirely from Barbera and carries 12.5 percent alcohol.

Made entirely from Baga, the wine brings together red cherry, strawberry, savoury herbs and mineral notes in a fresh, bright profile. The grapes grow on limestone soils under organic and biodynamic farming. They are destemmed, fermented carbonically and matured for ten months in stainless steel. Minimal sulfur is added at bottling, and the wine carries eleven percent alcohol with a silky texture and slight spritz.

Merwah forms seventy percent of the blend, with thirty percent Sauvignon Blanc. The wine is a still, skin-contact natural white with no residual sugar. Merwah comes from old vines in North Lebanon, while Sauvignon Blanc grows in the Bekaa Valley. Fermentation takes place on the skins in stainless steel. The lots undergo malolactic fermentation, are racked twice and are bottled without fining or filtration. Alcohol is eleven percent.

The fruit comes from Bomarzo and Montefiascone, and the release is classified as natural, organic and vegan.
