After destemming and crushing, fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation. The wine then remains in stainless steel for four months. Alcohol is 13 percent, and the bottle is closed with a screwcap.

Fruit is selected from both estate and contracted vineyards to maintain consistent quality.

Part of the wine ferments in concrete tulip tanks before four months on fine lees. Straw colour with green tones introduces citrus, orange blossom, grapefruit and papaya. The palate is balanced and vibrant, with an intense body and a persistent finish.
