The blend is sixty percent Corvina Grossa, twenty-five percent Corvina Gentile and fifteen percent Rondinella. Grapes are harvested by hand and pressed immediately. The vineyards are farmed sustainably, and the finished wine has twelve-point-five percent alcohol.
