Golden and finely beaded, with baked apple, ripe stone fruit and freshly made pastry layered over acacia honey, wet stone and discreet oak spice. The palate is creamy yet controlled, adding hazelnut, ginger, almond and bitter lemon around a firm mineral core. Long lees ageing brings depth without sacrificing precision, leaving an elegant, savoury finish.

White peach and pineapple lead with a light jasmine perfume. Juicy citrus brings energy to the palate, while vibrant natural acidity keeps the blend bright and precise. Narrative 2021 Two Pinots
Bright lemon, grapefruit and delicate white flowers open a clear, lifted nose, with crushed rock adding a flinty edge. The palate is bone-dry and fruit-driven, pairing refreshing citrus with a clean, elegant structure. Concrete ageing lends quiet texture without dulling the freshness, leaving a precise mineral finish.

JoieFarm 2018 A Noble Blend 375 mL
Guava, passion fruit and grapefruit lead a highly aromatic profile, with nutmeg, clove and coriander adding savoury spice. Gewürztraminer and Riesling form the core, joined by Pinot Auxerrois, Pinot Blanc and Muscat. Each lot was vinified separately in stainless steel after gentle pressing, then blended for a focused, medium-bodied palate and a fresh citrus finish. Serve chilled with seafood or gently spiced dishes.
Hester Creek 2014 Pinot Blanc
Subtle aromas of wet stone and light flowers introduce this clean Pinot Blanc. The palate is round. The bottling carries British Columbia VQA Okanagan Valley designation. Hester Creek’s estate roots trace to vines first planted in alluvial soils, and Pinot Blanc remains one of the established white varieties grown at the property. The estate is based in Oliver, British Columbia.
Wild Goose 2016 Mystic River Pinot Blanc
The five-acre vineyard lies beside the South Okanagan River near Oliver, where sandy clay and pea gravel form the site. That growing season began hot, then June brought unusual rain and cool weather before conditions normalized. Fruit ripened in separate waves and was processed in a timely manner. Ferments were clean, and the wines showed good backbone across the harvest.
Frind Estate 2019 Big White
Seven white grape varieties form this blend: Gewürztraminer, Kerner, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Viognier and Schönburger. Each was fermented separately in stainless steel before blending. Peach, pineapple and tropical flowers appear alongside melon, apple and green apple. Bright acidity, a crisp persistent finish and Anjou pear are also present. The wine is light-bodied and comes from the Okanagan Valley.
Covert Farms 2018 Pinot Blanc
Supple in texture, this Pinot Blanc comes from an organic family farm in Oliver. The estate grows all of its own grapes and maintains soil health through minimal mechanical disturbance and crop rotation. More than forty organically grown fruits and vegetables share the property with the vineyard. The farm spans 650 acres and lies near McIntyre Bluff in the southern Okanagan.
Famille Hugel Gentil 2019 Alsace
Gewürztraminer supplies spice, Pinot Gris body, Riesling finesse, Muscat a grapey character, and Pinot Blanc and Sylvaner refreshment. The grapes are harvested by hand from clay and limestone soils around Riquewihr. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled vats between eighteen and twenty-four degrees Celsius. Natural clarification and light filtration precede cellar ageing. The wine contains thirteen-point-five percent alcohol and 4.4 grams per litre of residual sugar.
Domaine Zinck 2023 Pinot Blanc Portrait
Green apple, pear and white flowers form a dry, fresh profile. The palate is supple and balanced, with a light body and a clean finish. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel, and the grapes come from plain parcels and are harvested by hand. The wine carries organic and biodynamic classifications. This Pinot Blanc contains 12.5 percent alcohol.
Rigour & Whimsy 2018 Flux Capacitor
Cloudy golden-amber in colour, with apricot, green apple, pine, young peas, white flowers, lemon and tangerine pith in the profile. The palate is lightly oily and slightly grippy, and the finish is fresh and textural with thyme and white pepper. The blend combines Pinot Blanc, Roussanne, Muscat, Grüner Veltliner, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay. Fermentation on the skins lasts two months in stainless steel, followed by seven months in used puncheons.
Roche 2024 Artist Series Pinot Blanc
Pear and citrus meet a mineral undertone in this clean, refreshing Pinot Blanc. The fruit came from Winter’s Hill Estate Vineyard in Dundee Hills, Oregon, after cold damage reduced the Okanagan harvest. The wine was made and bottled at the Naramata Bench winery. The project includes grower Russell Gladhart, and total production was three hundred twenty cases.
Castell 2023 Weiss & Grau
Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris form this dry VDP.Gutswein from Franken. Williams pear, quince, nutty texture, herbal spice and fresh acidity define the established profile. Fermentation is mainly in stainless steel, with a smaller portion in wooden barrels. The vineyards around Castell are rooted in gypsum-keuper soils. Recommended service is eight to ten degrees Celsius in a white-wine or universal glass.
Gustave Lorentz 2020 L’Ami des Crustacés Pinot Blanc
White flowers, honey, melon, citrus, pear and white peach form the aromatic profile. The palate is lively and dry, with integrated acidity and a mineral note. Fruit comes from hillsides around Bergheim, where heavy clay and limestone soils predominate. The blend comprises seventy percent Pinot Auxerrois and thirty percent Pinot Blanc, and the wine is matured in stainless steel.
Haywire 2021 Pink Bub
Strawberry tart, tangy lemon and fresh red apple appear with fine bubbles and a light, long body. Old-vine Pinot Blanc is whole-cluster pressed, then fermented and aged in concrete tanks. A second fermentation takes place in horizontal Charmat tanks. Daily lees stirring lasts three months, adding density and palate weight, and a small addition of red wine gives the sparkling wine its pink hue.
Rigour & Whimsy 2022 Maybe It’s Just an Illusion
White peach, apricot blossom and Asian pear appear in a light, bright profile. Pinot Blanc was whole-cluster pressed before barrel fermentation. The wine spent one year in barrel, then completed a secondary fermentation in bottle with Quartz yeast isolated from Champagne Fleury. It spent six months on the lees before disgorgement without dosage. The palate is crisp and bone dry. This traditional-method sparkling wine comes from Okanagan Falls.
Summerhill Pyramid Winery Cipes Brut NV
Riesling, Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc form this traditional-method sparkling wine from organic Okanagan vineyards. The grapes are whole-cluster pressed and fermented dry in stainless steel before blending and a second fermentation in bottle. First produced in the early nineteen-nineties, the cuvée is aged in the winery’s pyramid cellar. Its fresh style suits sushi, seafood, grilled chicken, tapas, fruit or cheese.
Weninger 2023 Franz Plays with Szürke, Fehér & Kék
Pink grapefruit, mirabelle plum and sour cherry join light herbal notes in a fresh profile with a faint fizz, between rosé and orange wine. Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir are used together. Fermentation lasts ten days on the skins, followed by seven months in 500-litre wooden barrels and natural malolactic fermentation. The dry wine comes from Sopron and is biodynamically farmed.
Zink Crémant d’Alsace Blanc Brut
Ripe apple, plum and white-flower aromas accompany a bright straw colour. The palate is creamy and dry, with refreshing bubbles. Riesling, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir make up the blend. This sparkling wine comes from Alsace and is made in the traditional method. Its fruit-forward profile is well suited to service as an aperitif before a meal.
Maison Kuehn Crémant d’Alsace Brut Blanc de Blancs
A very pale yellow colour shows gold reflections. Lively white-fruit notes and a toasted touch appear on the nose, while the palate carries freshness, elegance, delicate flavours and structure. Auxerrois and Pinot Blanc form the blend. Traditional-method production includes a second fermentation in bottle and fifteen to eighteen months of ageing on laths. Dosage is nine grams per litre.
Rigour & Whimsy 2017 Pinot Blanc
Peach blossom, cantaloupe, apricot fuzz, lime pith and bitter peach pit sit within a palate lifted by cleansing acidity. Whole Pinot Blanc berries ferment on their skins for five months before the wine is pressed into new and neutral barrels for a further eighteen months. Fruit comes from a high-elevation vineyard north of Oliver in the Okanagan Valley. Sulphur addition is minimal.
A Sunday in August 2020 Pinot Blanc Pétillant Naturel
Organic Pinot Blanc is destemmed, then kept as whole berries for five days of semi-carbonic maceration. Fermentation begins with ambient yeast, and the wine is bottled before primary fermentation finishes. Five months on the lees precede disgorgement. No fining or filtration is used, and sulfur is limited to twenty parts per million. Tangerine-creamsicle fruit sits within a bright, structured profile.
Vanessa Vineyard 2025 V Series White Blend
Pinot Blanc, Roussanne and Chardonnay are co-fermented after hand picking and whole-cluster pressing. Minimal skin contact preserves delicate flavours. Fresh stone fruit and tropical citrus accompany subtle herbal notes. The pale colour leads to a smooth, rounded palate with generous fruit, balanced acidity and a clean, lingering finish. The blend contains forty-six percent Pinot Blanc, thirty-nine percent Roussanne and fifteen percent Chardonnay.
Else Wines 2022 Merlot
Fruity and juicy, the wine blends eighty-five percent Merlot with fifteen percent Pinot Blanc. The grapes spend seven days on skins and ferment with wild yeast. Maturation takes place in stainless steel, and minimal sulphites are added. Alcohol is twelve-point-four percent. Pinot Blanc was included after organic Merlot became unusually expensive for this release, helping keep the finished bottle accessible.
Rennersistas 2018 Waiting for Tom Weiss
Cloudy yellow-green with silver reflections, this organic white combines fine herbal spice, candied orange zest, ripe yellow peach, pear, dark minerality, honey and a nutty touch. The body is medium, with pleasant acidity and subtle balsamic character. Chardonnay and Weißburgunder form the blend. The wine is vegan and made with low sulphur, while maturation is mostly in large-format oak with some barriques.
Maison Kuehn Crémant d’Alsace Extra Brut Cuvée 1675
Pastel yellow with golden reflections, this sparkling wine carries fine, regular bubbles. Toast, roasted notes and dried fruit accompany hazelnut and fresh butter. The grapes are hand-harvested and pressed whole. A first fermentation takes place in tank, while the second occurs in bottle by the traditional method. The blend includes Pinot Auxerrois, Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir.
Domaine Amélie & Charles Sparr 2022 Pensée Pinot Blanc
Yellow stone fruit appears in a completely dry profile with freshness, modest roundness, floral and citrus notes, bright acidity and subtle minerality. Pinot Blanc provides the full composition. The grapes are picked in small crates, and the wine matures for twelve months on fine lees in stainless steel. Residual sugar measures 0.6 grams per litre, and organic farming is used.
Prieler 2022 Ried Seeberg Pinot Blanc
Light golden yellow with silver reflections, the wine shows yellow pear, white pear, mango and meadow herbs. Fresh acidity and lime appear in a dry, tightly meshed profile. The wine is made entirely from Pinot Blanc and matured for six months in steel. The vineyard is in Burgenland, and the wine is certified organic and approved for vegan and vegetarian diets.
