French Rosé
White peach and citrus appear in this salmon-pink rosé. The palate is creamy, with citrus freshness. The blend comprises Grenache Noir, Cinsault, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Rolle, Cabernet Sauvignon, Carignan and Tibouren. The vineyard lies beneath the Maures Massif on schist and clay soils, and it is farmed organically. The wine contains twelve and a half percent alcohol.

Canadian Rosé
The aromas include wild strawberry, cherry and rose petals. The palate has watermelon, redcurrant, bright fruit and crisp energy, with a clean, savoury finish. Grenache, Mourvèdre, Cinsault and Pinot Noir were direct-pressed and fermented separately in stainless steel at cool temperatures. The wine remained on gross lees for one month, was blended, and spent four months in tank before bottling.

After malolactic fermentation in concrete, maturation lasts twelve months in French oak, twenty percent new, before bottling without fining or filtration.

It contains thirteen percent alcohol.

Bright raspberry, ripe red cherry, cranberry and black cherry accompany baking spice. The medium-bodied palate has soft, silky tannins and gentle structure. Grenache accounts for forty-seven percent of the blend, with forty-three percent Mourvèdre and ten percent Syrah. Each variety spends fifteen months in oak barrels, twenty percent new, and the finished wine records 13.5 percent alcohol.

Forest fruit, spice and liquorice are present. The profile is supple, with fine tannins and a fruity finish. The blend includes Pinot Noir, Grenache, Gamay, Mourvèdre, Pinot Meunier, Gewürztraminer, Fragola, Riesling and Chardonnay. Fruit from certified-organic vines grows on clay over limestone. The grapes are destemmed and undergo a five-day cold soak. Some varieties are co-fermented, while others ferment separately. After basket pressing, the wine rests in stainless steel before blending and bottling. It is vegan.

The profile includes red and blue berries, wild dry herbs and a meaty note. Red and black fruit, spice and a long finish are also present. Fruit from vines under twenty years old at Beaucastel and two neighbouring vineyards ferments in wooden and stainless-steel vats. The wines are tasted to determine the final blend, then matured in foudres for two years.

Production is approximately 3,300 cases.

Grenache accounts for seventy-five percent of the blend, with Mourvèdre at fifteen percent and Syrah at ten percent. Deep ruby colour has purple highlights. Cherry, raspberry and blackcurrant appear with black pepper, eucalyptus and leather. The wine is full on the palate, with pure fruit, tannins and a long sense of freshness. Stewed black fruit, mocha and a light animal note are also present.

Skin maceration lasts fifteen days, and ageing lasts ten months in concrete tanks. The wine is certified organic and comes from grapes grown biodynamically in Tuscany.

Dark cherry, fig and dried cranberry appear with light leather and spice. The wine is full bodied and tannic, with 15.5 percent alcohol. Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre and Cinsault form the blend. Red plum and kirsch are also present, along with freshness and a spicy finish. Part of the wine was aged in barrels for twelve months. The vineyards belong to Châteauneuf-du-Pape in the Rhône Valley.

Dark, dense red colour appears with spice, small red fruits and jam. The palate is powerful and complex, with round tannins, ripe plum and cherry-stone notes. The blend contains seventy percent old-vine Grenache, fifteen percent Mourvèdre, ten percent Syrah and five percent other varieties. Vines average about fifty years, growing in stony Rhône alluvium and red clay.

Lively fruit flavours and a lingering finish are also present. The wine is red, dry and full-bodied, with blackberry, smoked herbs and liquorice also present. The texture is mouth-filling. Alcohol is fifteen-and-a-half percent.

Grenache and Mourvèdre each account for thirty percent of the blend, Counoise and Syrah each ten percent, and Cinsault five percent. Eight other permitted varieties make up the remaining fifteen percent.
