Caves Sao Joao 2021 Reserva Bruto Branco
Citrus yellow in the glass, with an intense nose of dried flowers, bright citrus and light toasted notes. The palate opens fresh, then broadens into a well-balanced, structured mousse. Lively acidity keeps the texture precise, while persistent aromas carry the finish with measured depth from extended lees ageing. Cartuxa 2022 Pêra-Manca Branco Alentejo DOC
Fresh lemon, orange peel, melon and white peach lead, joined by green herbs and a quiet floral lift. The palate is bright and tangy, with mineral tension and focused acidity balancing rounder notes of apricot and green fig. Refined and layered, it finishes precise, citrus-driven and gently textured rather than overtly rich.
Villa Oeiras NV 15-Year-Old Carcavelos
Dried sultana and apricot lead into bitter orange, roasted hazelnut and a quiet trace of sea smoke. The palate is smooth and generous, balancing caramel and almond richness with vibrant acidity and a faint coastal salinity. Velvety without becoming heavy, it finishes clean, persistent and quietly complex, with fruit and nuttiness in equal measure.
Aveleda 2013 Vinho Verde
Fresh orchard fruit and delicate citrus lead this young, balanced Vinho Verde, with a soft aroma and a lively, vibrant palate. Gentle pressing and cool fermentation preserve the clean fruit, while cold stabilization keeps the finish bright and refreshing. Serve well chilled as an aperitif, or with prawns, shellfish, light salads, grilled white fish or vegetable dishes.
Adega Ponte da Barca Pardalito Vinho Verde
Ripe green apple, citrus and Sicilian lemon meet a floral note, white-fleshed fruit and refreshing acidity. The finish is citrus-led, fresh and lightly spritzy. Arinto, Loureiro and Trajadura form the blend. This dry non-vintage white comes from Vinho Verde in northwestern Portugal, carries nine and a half percent alcohol and is matured in stainless-steel tanks.
Esporão 2024 Pé Branco Alentejo
Lemon and other citrus aromas accompany light fruit and a balanced line of acidity. Antão Vaz, Perrum and Arinto form this dry, medium-bodied white from Alentejo. Fermentation and ageing take place in stainless-steel tanks under controlled temperatures. Alcohol is 12.5 percent, and the bottle is closed with a screwcap. Fruit is selected from both estate and contracted vineyards to maintain consistent quality.
Mouchão 2017 Dom Rafael White
Bright citrus and tangy acidity accompany a crisp, fruity profile. Lemon curd, orange peel and chalk appear with toasted almond, roasted peanut and a mineral-dust note. A brisk, rich texture is also present. Arinto and Antão Vaz form the blend. The grapes ferment at low temperature in stainless steel. The wine carries thirteen-and-a-half percent alcohol and comes from Alentejo.
Quinta do Vale Meão 2021 Meandro Branco
Very pale yellow-green with silver reflections, the wine combines meadow herbs, white apple, pear, mango and lime zest. Ripe stone fruit and fine acidity meet a mineral-salty finish. Rabigato and Arinto form the blend. The wine is dry and matures on its lees in stainless steel without oak. Its profile is crisp and textured, with basil also present.
Sanguinhal 2024 Sôttal Leve White
Pale citrus in colour, opening with fragrant Muscat and a bright sweep of tropical fruit. The palate is light, fresh and balanced, with peach and softly floral aromatics carried by clean acidity. Arinto adds lift while the blend’s restrained weight keeps the fruit precise and easy-moving. The finish is tidy and refreshing, leaving citrus, peach and a gentle floral note.

A Bairrada sparkling wine combining Arinto, Bical and Chardonnay. Citrus and pineapple meet floral notes, a crisp mousse and a clean, persistent finish.
Niepoort 2021 Nat’Cool Branco 1L
Hazy and gently spritzy, with yellow apple, pear skin and apricot skin leading a bright, lightly rustic profile. The palate is slim and softly fuzzy, lifted by lively acidity and a subtle line of spice.
