Jaja de Jau 2024 Sauvignon Blanc
$23.99White flowers and blackcurrant bud lead a very aromatic nose. Crisp, fresh and zesty, the palate carries a hint of honeyed grapefruit through a lively, long finish. Brief skin contact, regular lees stirring and three to four months in temperature-controlled stainless steel add definition without dulling the fruit. Serve with prawns, goat cheese, green herbs, ceviche or simply grilled white fish.
Les Deesses Muettes 2023 Merlot
$23.99Soft and dry, with a rounded, easy-flowing profile that favours suppleness over weight. The palate stays straightforward and approachable, keeping its structure gentle and its finish composed. Serve at cool room temperature with roast chicken, pork tenderloin, lentils, mushroom dishes or mild cheeses; it is a relaxed, table-ready red from southern France, well suited to weeknight dinners.
Les Deesses Muettes 2024 Pinot Noir Saint-Guilhem-le-Desert
$23.99Bright and expressive, with red cherry, wild strawberry and raspberry layered over leather, gentle earth and a cool mineral note. Blackberry adds depth without making the palate feel heavy, while restrained oak, vanilla and tobacco bring savoury detail. Fine acidity keeps the fruit clear through a smooth, composed finish. Serve slightly cool with roast poultry, mushrooms, veal or herb-led pasta.
Château du Cèdre 2023 Marcel Malbec
$22.99Ripe raspberry and plum lead a soft, easygoing expression, with fresh fruit kept lively by a gently rounded structure. Light to medium-bodied and uncomplicated, the palate is smooth, generous and immediately approachable. A slight chill brings out its freshness, making it an easy match for charcuterie, burgers, pizza or simple grilled meats.
JP. Chenet Alcohol-Free Mimosa
$21.99Fresh orange leads with a bright, juicy aroma, while alcohol-free sparkling wine brings fine bubbles and a gentle orchard-fruit backdrop. The palate is light, lively and softly rounded, balancing citrus sweetness with enough freshness to stay clean. A brisk, orange-toned finish makes it an easy brunch pour. Serve very cold in a flute or stemless glass with fruit, pastries, mild cheese or savoury breakfast dishes.
JP. Chenet Alcohol-Free Chardonnay White
$21.99White pear and peach give the aroma a ripe but fresh fruit core, with citrus and delicate white flowers adding lift. A measured line of acidity keeps the palate clean and composed through a bright, easy finish. Serve well chilled with grilled fish, shellfish, roast chicken or a crisp green salad; its soft orchard fruit also suits mild cheeses and simply prepared vegetables.
JP. Chenet Alcohol-Free Cabernet-Syrah Red
$21.99Red and black fruits lead the aroma, joined by a measured thread of spice. The palate is supple and rounded, with enough freshness to keep the darker fruit clear and an elegant, gently savoury finish. Serve slightly cool with grilled vegetables, mushroom dishes, roast chicken or firm cheese; its fruit-forward shape also makes it an easy alcohol-free option beside charcuterie and casual weeknight meals.
Saint Desirat 2022 Syrah
$21.99A peppery Northern Rhône-style Syrah with blackberry, blueberry and violet over smoked meat and savoury herbs. The palate is juicy and medium-bodied, with fresh acidity and fine tannins carrying the dark fruit into a smooth, spice-led finish. It pairs naturally with grilled lamb, sausages, lentils or dishes seasoned with black pepper and rosemary.
Nicol Bouche Cidre de Bretagne
$21.99A powerful nose of baked apple, honey and a hint of cinnamon. A beautiful bitterness on the palate without being excessive. This is a very sophisticated Summer cider!
It shows remarkable depth, the result of a slow, traditional method of fermentation lasting up to six months. Nicol’s bittersweet apples are the key to this fermentation, providing the perfect tannin-to-acid balance.
Noilly Prat Extra Dry Vermouth
$20.99Green apple and hazelnut lead a fresh, savoury aroma, with nutmeg and dried fruit adding quiet depth. The palate is crisp and extra dry, combining elderflower and citrus with chamomile, coriander and bitter orange. Orris root contributes an earthy floral note, while the finish stays clean, herbal and persistent. Serve well chilled, over ice with lemon, or use it in a 50:50 Martini where its dry botanical structure can remain clearly present.
St-Rémy VSOP French Brandy 375 mL
$20.99Apricot, peach, gooseberry and wild strawberry lead, followed by delicate florals, vanilla and polished wood. The palate is balanced and harmonious, carrying the fruit into a smooth, lightly rounded texture before a generous vanilla finish. Its freshness keeps the oak measured rather than heavy. Enjoy it neat or over ice, or use it in a long drink with soda, a French-style highball or a fruit-led sangria.
Château Lanbersac Puisseguin-Saint-Émilion 375 mL
$20.99Château Lanbersac (Puisseguin-St-Émilion) is a Merlot-based wine that consistently delivers ripe fruit and solid structure at a great value. It greets you with a forward nose of juicy blackberry and black plum, accompanied by hints of baking spice and cedar, and sometimes a touch of mocha or chocolate from oak. There’s an underlying earthy note as well, reflecting its limestone clay terroir.
On the palate, Lanbersac is well-structured and full of fruit. Plush blackberries and ripe cherry flavors fill the mouth, balanced by a rich texture and firm, chalky tannins that remind you this is a serious wine for aging. Indeed, Wine Enthusiast has noted it as a “well-structured wine with spice, ripe blackberry fruits and a rich texture… tannins still firm, giving a strong, dry core”. Despite that robust core, the wine doesn’t come off as overly tough – the fruit is generous enough to coat the structure. Hints of pepper, clove, and toasted oak add complexity on the mid-palate.
The finish is long and chewy, with dark fruit and a touch of dryness from the tannin (which will mellow with a couple more years). In sum, Château Lanbersac is muscular yet fruity – a satellite St-Émilion offering rich, sweet black fruit, ample spicy oak, and a backbone of firm tannin to ensure it can age and develop further complexity.
Chateau Des Gravieres 2024 Graves Blanc
$20.99Citrus, white peach, lychee and exotic fruit form a bright, finely detailed nose. Round yet fresh, the palate balances supple texture with clear fruit and a firm mineral line. A long, persistent finish keeps the wine composed and energetic. Serve with oysters, grilled prawns, white fish or light summer dishes.
