White flowers and blackcurrant bud lead a very aromatic nose. Crisp, fresh and zesty, the palate carries a hint of honeyed grapefruit through a lively, long finish. Brief skin contact, regular lees stirring and three to four months in temperature-controlled stainless steel add definition without dulling the fruit. Serve with prawns, goat cheese, green herbs, ceviche or simply grilled white fish.
