Sémillon leads the estate plantings at eighty percent, joined by fifteen percent Sauvignon and five percent Muscadelle. Careful, balanced viticulture is practiced across the parcels. Golden colour accompanies honey, apricot and exotic fruit, with an unctuous texture and a balance of sweetness and acidity.
