Prosecco DOC Treviso

Golden Delicious apple leads the bouquet, followed by honey, black liquorice and acacia blossom. Fine, energetic bubbles carry a dry, structured palate with a bright straw-yellow appearance. Glera is gently pressed and fermented without skins before a Charmat-method secondary fermentation. Serve well chilled in a flute as an aperitif, or alongside vegetables, mushrooms, grilled fish and other seafood dishes.

Ripe golden apple and small mountain flowers appear over a dry, fresh and flavoursome palate. The pale straw colour carries fine, persistent bubbles, followed by a fruity, harmonious aftertaste. Whole grapes are softly pressed before controlled-temperature tank fermentation. Produced in Treviso under the Prosecco DOC designation, the wine contains 11 percent alcohol and is classified as Brut.
